1. checked coupling, shaft, and pedestal bearing condition and do the greasing. we greasing all couplings.
2. checked the gearbox oil level it is ok. no leakage.
3. checked all fasteners and mounting bolts. we found that 3 bolt of gearbox foundation is not there. so we mount it. now it's ok.
4. checked frame welding conditions.it is ok.
5. checked end traveling gears condition. it is ok. and greasing is done.
CT.
1. checked coupling, shaft, and pedestal bearing condition and greasing done.
2. check the gearbox oil level. there is leakage in the gearbox. so we put some grease.
3. check all fasteners and mounting bolts. It is ok.
4. check frame welding conditions.it is ok.
5. check end traveling gears condition. it is ok. greasing is done.
HT.
1. check rope drum, hook, rope condition.it is ok. The greasing of wire rope is done.
2. check the thruster drum condition and its brake tightness. it is ok.
3. check all fasteners and mounting bolts. It is ok.
4. check frame welding conditions. it is ok.

2. check panel board, clean, & tight all loose parts. we checked and tight all loose contacts in panel board.
3. all parts clean by hand blower.
4. checked limit switches and its condition. all limit switches and wires working properly.

4. check cooling towers nozzles condition.
