1. check motor condition ( amp, volt, and connectivity) if the noise coming than inform. checked. it is ok.
2. check panel board, clean, & tight all loose parts. clean and tight loose parts.
3. all parts clean by hand blower.
4. check limit switches and its condition. ensure that all limit switches and wires working properly.it is ok. working properly.

CT.

1. check coupling, shaft, and pedestal bearing condition and do the greasing. SHAFT CONDITION IS GOOD.
2. check the gearbox oil level, leakage, and fill if required. GRAR BOX HAS LEAKAGE. WE FILL GREASE INSIDE.
3. check all fasteners and mounting bolts. IT IS OK.
4. check frame welding conditions. IT IS OK.
5. check end traveling gears condition and do the greasing.

CT.
Greasing of the gearbox is done.
its belt and pully condition is ok.
HT.

2. checked the gearbox oil level it is ok. no leakage.
3. checked all fasteners and mounting bolts.it's ok.
4. checked frame welding conditions.it is ok.
5. checked end traveling gears condition. it is ok. and greasing is done.

3. check all fasteners and mounting bolts. It is ok.
4. check frame welding conditions.it is ok.

1. check rope drum, hook, rope condition.it is ok. The greasing of wire rope is done.
2. check the thruster drum condition and its brake tightness. it is ok.
3. check all fasteners and mounting bolts. It is ok.

3. check all fasteners and mounting bolts. It is OK. we fit 5 nos. bolts.
4. check frame welding conditions. It is ok.we tight all loose bolts.
5. check end traveling gears condition and do the greasing. It is ok.

CT.
