4. check limit switches and its condition. ensure that all limit switches and wires working properly.it is ok. working properly.

2. lubrication of rollers and check conditions. it is ok.
3. check belt status ( if damaged than inform and change) and also check tightness, speed. ALL BELT CONVEYORS are good in condition.
4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement. ALL GEARBOX ARE OK.we fill grease.
5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing. IT IS OK. GREASING IS DONE.
6. check the drum condition. IT IS OK.
7. check mounting frame welding condition. IT IS OK.
