2. check panel board, clean, & tight all loose parts. clean and tight all loose parts.
3. all parts clean by hand blower.
4. check limit switches and its condition. ensure that all limit switches and wires working properly. its ok.

1. greasing of bearings. greasing is done.
2. lubrication of rollers and check conditions. we fix BC 6 and BC 1 rollers.
3. check belt status ( if damaged than inform and change) and also check tightness, speed. it's ok. we tight BC 6 belt and fix fasteners.
4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement. BC 7 has leakage. we fill grease.
5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.it's ok. we need to change BC 6 coupling. its making work is in progress.
6. check the drum condition. it's ok.
7. check mounting frame welding condition. we weld BC 7 and BC 6 side holes.
8. check rollers condition and if not good then change.
