1. check coupling, shaft, and pedestal bearing condition and do the greasing. checked its ok. we open and fill grease.
2. check the gearbox oil level, leakage, and fill if required. gearbox has leakage. we fill grease.
3. check all fasteners and mounting bolts. it's ok.
4. check frame welding conditions. it's ok.
5. check end traveling gears condition and do the greasing. greasing is done.

CT.

1. check coupling, shaft, and pedestal bearing condition and do the greasing. its coupling key is damaged. we open it then change the coupling key.
2. check the gearbox oil level, leakage, and fill if required. gearbox has small leakage. we fill grease.
3. check all fasteners and mounting bolts. motor and gearbox not have foundation bolts. we mount foundation bolts. its coupling side bolt is going loose. we tight it also.
4. check frame welding conditions. its ok.
5. check end traveling gears condition and do the greasing. no end traveling gears.

CT.

2. check the gearbox oil level, leakage, and fill if required. gearbox side leakage. we fill grease.
3. check all fasteners and mounting bolts. all foundation bolts are in good condition.

5. check end traveling gears condition and do the greasing. greasing is done.

HT.
