1. open cover and clean dust.
2. check the balancing of impeller and vibration isolation.balancing is ok.
3. check v belts condition and inform if it's on critical stage.its ok.
4. check foundation bolts and nuts of Plummer blocks. we mount 10 nos. M 12 bolts and open Plummer block for tightening inner ring than tight foundation.
5. greasing the Plummer blocks. greasing is done.
6. check the duct condition and remove dust from the duct.
7. check stack condition and check its temperature.

4. check limit switches and its condition. ensure that all limit switches and wires working properly.it is ok. working properly.

2. check the gearbox oil level, leakage, and fill if required. No leakage we fill some grease.
3. check all fasteners and mounting bolts.it is ok.
4. check frame welding conditions. It is ok.
5. check end traveling gears condition and do the greasing. It is ok.greasing is done.
