2. check the gearbox oil level, leakage, and fill if required. It is OK.we fill grease due to leakage.
3. check all fasteners and mounting bolts.it is ok.
4. check frame welding conditions.it is ok.
5. check end traveling gears condition and do the greasing. It is ok.greasing is done.

2. check panel board, clean, & tight all loose parts. clean and tight loose parts.
3. all parts clean by hand blower.
4. check limit switches and its condition. ensure that all limit switches and wires working properly.it is ok. working properly.

5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.it's ok. we CHANGE COUPLING OF BC 1.
6. check the drum condition. it's ok.
7. check mounting frame welding condition.it's ok.
8. check rollers condition and if not good then change.
