1522303 Sep 2020Breakdown ShutdownIt's electrode 1 side sparking coming. Than we are going for tighting bolts. When we going inside we saw that 2 bolts are damaged completely so we will change it and 3 bolts spring are damage which we changed. After that we check other electrodes and saw that electrode no. 3 side one clamp no. C2 tie rod is completely finish so we change it. And electrode 1 clamp A tie rod changing. Electrode 1 side one inside pressure ring pipe also damaged we repaired it. After that when we tighting bolts of electrode 3 we found that 2 spring are damaged. We change it. 1. check coupling, shaft, and pedestal bearing condition and do the greasing. checked its ok. we open and fill grease.
2. check the gearbox oil level, leakage, and fill if required. gearbox has leakage. we fill grease.
3. check all fasteners and mounting bolts. it's ok.
4. check frame welding conditions. it's ok.
5. check end traveling gears condition and do the greasing. greasing is done.

CT.
