1. check coupling, shaft, and pedestal bearing condition and do the greasing. it's ok.
2. check the gearbox oil level, leakage, and fill if required. gearbox has small leakage. we fill grease.
3. check all fasteners and mounting bolts. motor and gearbox do not have foundation bolts. we mount foundation bolts. its coupling side bolt is going loose. we tight it also.
4. check frame welding conditions. it's ok.
5. check end traveling gears condition and do the greasing. no end traveling gears.

1. check coupling, shaft, and pedestal bearing condition and do the greasing. it's ok. coupling greasing is done.
2. check the gearbox oil level, leakage, and fill if required. gearbox side leakage. we fill grease.
3. check all fasteners and mounting bolts. all foundation bolts are in good condition.

5. check end traveling gears condition and do the greasing. greasing is done.

1. check rope drum, hook, rope condition. greasing of rope. already grease is there.
2. check the thruster drum condition and its brake tightness. the thruster is in good condition.
3. check all fasteners and mounting bolts. it's in good condition.
4. check frame welding conditions. it's ok.
