WE REPAIRED ITS CONTACTOR PLATE. NOW it's OK.
LT.
1. check coupling, shaft, and pedestal bearing condition and do the greasing. greasing is done. it is ok.
2. check the gearbox oil level, leakage, and fill if required. no leakage but we fill grease.
3. check all fasteners and mounting bolts. it is ok.
4. check frame welding conditions. it is ok.
5. check end traveling gears condition and do the greasing.

CT.

3. check all fasteners and mounting bolts. It is ok.

3. check v belts condition and inform if it's on critical stage.it is ok.
4. check foundation bolts and nuts of Plummer blocks.it is ok.
5. greasing the Plummer blocks.greasing is done.
6. check the duct condition and remove dust from the duct.
