1. open cover and clean dust.
2. check the balancing of impeller and vibration isolation.
3. check v belts condition and inform if its on critical stage.
4. check foundation bolts and nuts of Plummer blocks.
5. greasing the Plummer blocks.
6. check the duct condition and remove dust from the duct.
7. check stack condition and check its temperature.

1463805 Nov 2020Breakdown Shutdownits A3 CLAMP has lekage. we puting pulp 5 times but its not stopped. than we also found that C3 CLAMP TIE ROD is damaged. so we change A3 clamp with mopepetwe clamp. we also mount ss tie rod with ss fork. we change C3 clmap tie rod.
on same time we welding FORK of clamp no. B5 .
we also change 12 nos. valves at water manifold side.		Furnace IIFURNACE 2
