POLLUTION WATER PUMP NO 1. we change gland rope due to leakage of water.now it is ok.
FURNACE 2
GRANULATION PUMP 1,2. check coupling condition and greasing is done.
POLLUTION WATER PUMP NO 1. check it. it is ok.
OFFICE SUBMERSIBLE PUMP 1. it's running.
WASHING PLANT SUBMERSIBLE PUMP 1. it is running.
1. check the pump condition and check discharge.
2. check coupling condition, alignment, and do greasing.
3. check pipelines and valve's condition.
4. check cooling towers nozzles condition.

2. lubrication of rollers and check conditions. its ok.
3. check belt status ( if damaged than inform and change) and also check tightness, speed. BC 6 and BC 2 belt condition is not ok. we need to change it.
4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement. its ok.
5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.
6. check the drum condition.
7. check mounting frame welding condition.
8. check rollers condition and if not good then change.
