3. check vibrations if not good then adjust.
4. check the frame welding condition.

ROLLER
1. check roller speed.
2.greasing of bearings.
3.gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement.
4. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.
5. check the drum condition.
6. check the mounting frame welding condition.

DISCHARGE CONVEYOR
1. greasing of bearings.
2. lubrication of rollers and check conditions.
3. check belt status ( if damaged than inform and change) and also check tightness, speed.
4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement.
5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.

1411802 Jan 2021Breakdown ShutdownIt's slipping is not done. When we are checking we found that hydraulic oil level is low. Than we fill 50 ltr oil. After that we change upper clamp cylinder solenoid valve. After that we try to slipping than we found that it's cylinder is damaged. Than we change cylinder. Now it's ok.Furnace IELECTRODE 3
