| 13787 | 12 Feb 2021 | Breakdown Shutdown | It's upper and lower clamping cylinder of electrode 1 has leakage. We changing down cylinder with spare one. We open top cylinder and repaired it than mount it. After that we found that electrode side some tie rods are damaged.its details are below.
1. Electrode 1
Clamp no. A3,A4 tie rod changed.
2. Electrode 2
Clamp no. B6 Tie rod changed.
3. Electrode 3
Clamp no. C2, C3 tie rod change.
After that we found that electrode 3 pressure ring Eye connector is damaged and it's bolt also damaged. We remove it by welding and fitting new one. We also filling paste and clay paste and tight pressure ring bolts at respective clamp which I am mention.
We found that it's B6 clamp water hose pipe has leakage. We changing it's jublee clamps. Now it's ok. | Furnace I | FURNACE 1 | |
