1365528 Feb 2021Breakdown ShutdownIt's mentle lower side water is leakaged. After checking we find that it's inside hole is created by arc. So we fitting mseal there. After that we see it's clamp no. C2 tie rod is damage. We open it and fitting new one with help of chain block. Than we start the furnace. After 5 min. There is too much sparking is coming from furnace we see that C3 clamp tie rod is damaged. We change it using chain block. Than we fill carbon paste in all clamps and start the furnace.Furnace IIELECTRODE 3

3. checking the hydraulic oil level and if not then fill.
4. check hopper welding sections.

4. check spring rod condition and gap between plates.

VIBRATOR
1. check the spring condition.
2. check V belts condition.
3. check vibrations if not good then adjust.
4. check the frame welding condition.

ROLLER
1. check roller speed.
2.greasing of bearings.
3.gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement.
4. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.
5. check the drum condition.
6. check the mounting frame welding condition.

DISCHARGE CONVEYOR
1. greasing of bearings.
2. lubrication of rollers and check conditions.
3. check belt status ( if damaged than inform and change) and also check tightness, speed.
4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement.
5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.
6. check the drum condition.
7. check mounting frame welding condition.
