contact clamp A4, suspension link, fork repaired and change with insulation ALSO FITING ONE PRESSURE BOLT.
SEAL BOX ROPE FITTING IS DONE. ITS HYDRAULIC LEKAGE REPAIRE AND ARREST.
its A2 clamp hose pipe also changed.

ELECTRODE 2
PRESSURE RING 1nos bolt change with insulation.
SEAL BOX ROPE FITTING IS DONE. ITS HYDRAULIC LEKAGE REPAIRE AND ARREST.
contact clamp B6, suspension link, fork repaired and change with insulation.
ALSO SAME CLAMP BRAZING IS DONE.

ELECTRODE 3
PRESSURE RING 1nos bolt change with insulation.
contact clamp C6, suspension link, fork repaired and change with insulation.

welding OF ALL charging chutes are done.
all bolts tighting is done.
FOR ALL ELECTRODES WE FITTING NEW COOLING BLOWERS.
FOR COVERING FURNCE SHEEL TO BASE PLATE WELDING IS DONE.

PRESSURE RING AND a2 CLPAM WATER MAINEFOLD SIDE DUMMY THERDS ARE FINISH WE CHANGE IT WITH NEW ONE.

all bolts tighting is done.
FOR COVERING FURNCE SHEEL TO BASE PLATE WELDING IS DONE.

its hood pipes are damaged every time so we extend it with MS pipe up to 2nd floor and fitting it there so next time it cant damage.		Furnace IIFURNACE 2
