| 11471 | 12 Dec 2021 | Breakdown Shutdown | its pump tripped. we starting spare pump number 3 and set amp.
after that we found some contact clamps outlet not coming so we switch of furnace and increase pressure. A5 clamp side pulp stuck so we putting air to clear it on that time above transformer side hose pipe also came out. so we fix it.
also same time C3 clamp pressure bolt coming out. we fitting it. than c2 clamp has too much water leakage. we cover it.
than start furnace.

4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement.
5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.
6. check the drum condition.
7. check mounting frame welding condition.
8. check rollers condition and if not good then change.
CRUSHER
1. check the crusher foundation.
2. check V belts condition.
3. do greasing.
4. check spring rod condition and gap between plates.
VIBRATOR
1. check the spring condition.
2. check V belts condition.
3. check vibrations if not good then adjust.
4. check the frame welding condition.
ROLLER
1. check roller speed.
2.greasing of bearings.
3.gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement.
4. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.
5. check the drum condition.
6. check the mounting frame welding condition.
DISCHARGE CONVEYOR
1. greasing of bearings.
2. lubrication of rollers and check conditions.
3. check belt status ( if damaged than inform and change) and also check tightness, speed.
4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement.
5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.
6. check the drum condition.
7. check mounting frame welding condition.

dust conveyor fitting is done. tomorrow we fitting conveyor belt ON BOTH SMALL CONVEYORS.
