| Details | POLLUTION ID FANS FOR (Furnace 2) 1. open cover and clean dust. 2. check the balancing of impeller and vibration isolation. IT IS OK. WE TIGHTS NUTS AND BOLTS OF PLUMMER BLOCKS. It's MAKING SOME VIBRATIONS WE INFORME IT TO HOD. 3. checked v belts condition and inform if its on critical stage. IT IS OK. 4. checked foundation bolts and nuts of Plummer blocks. 5. greasing the Plummer blocks is done. 6. checked the duct condition and remove dust from the duct. it is ok. 7. check stack condition and check its temperature. it is ok. |
