DetailsTILTING HOPPER
1. greasing all bushes.it is done.
2.hydraulic pump and motor coupling. It is ok.
3. checking the hydraulic oil level and if not then fill. It is ok.
4. check hopper welding sections. It is ok.

CONVEYOR NO 1
1. greasing of bearings.it is done.
2. lubrication of rollers and check conditions. It is ok.
3. check belt status ( if damaged than inform and change) and also check tightness, speed.it is ok.
4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement. We fill some grease.
5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.it is ok.
6. check the drum condition.it is ok.
7. check mounting frame welding condition.it is ok.
8. check rollers condition and if not good then change.some rockers are not good but it is ok.

CRUSHER
1. check the crusher foundation.
2. check V belts condition.
3. do greasing.
4. check spring rod condition and gap between plates.
Crusher is out due to small size of materials.

VIBRATOR
1. check the spring condition. It is ok.
2. check V belts condition.it is ok.
3. check vibrations if not good then adjust.it is ok.
4. check the frame welding condition.it is ok.bearing are in good condition.

ROLLER
1. check roller speed. It is ok.
2.greasing of bearings. It is done.
3.gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement. It is ok. We fill some amount of grease.
4. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.it is ok.
5. check the drum condition. It is ok.
6. check the mounting frame welding condition.it is ok.

DISCHARGE CONVEYOR
1. greasing of bearings. It is done.
2. lubrication of rollers and check conditions. It is ok. All rollers are in good condition.
3. check belt status ( if damaged than inform and change) and also check tightness, speed.it is ok
4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement.it is ok. We fill some amount of grease.
5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.it is ok. Greasing is done.
6. check the drum condition. We fit one P210 bearing.
7. check mounting frame welding condition.it is ok.
8. check rollers condition and if not good then change. It is OK .
