DetailsTILTING HOPPER
1. greasing all bushes is done.
2.hydraulic pump and motor coupling.it is ok. But coupling condition is not good.
3. checking the hydraulic oil level and if not then fill.it is ok.
4. check hopper welding sections.it is ok.

CONVEYOR NO 1
1. greasing of bearings is done.
2. lubrication of rollers and check conditions. It is ok.
3. check belt status ( if damaged than inform and change) and also check tightness, speed.we change 2 belts belt no is B 63.
4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement. IT IS OK. WE FILL GRESE AND GEAR BOX OIL ALSO.
5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.IT IS OK.
6. check the drum condition.IT IS OK.
7. check mounting frame welding condition.IT IS OK.

CRUSHER
IT IS OUT DUE TO SMALL MATERIALS FOR WASHING.

VIBRATOR
1. check the spring condition.IT IS OK.
2. check V belts condition.WE CHNAGE 2 BLTS NO IS B64.
3. check vibrations if not good then adjust.IT IS OK.
4. check the frame welding condition.IT IS OK.

ROLLER
1. check roller speed.IT IS OK.
2.greasing of bearings IS DONE.
3.gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement.WE FILL SOME GRESE.
4. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.IT IS OK.
5. check the drum condition.IT IS OK.
6. check the mounting frame welding condition.IT IS OK.

DISCHARGE CONVEYOR
1. greasing of bearings IS DONE.
2. lubrication of rollers and check conditions.IT IS OK.WE CHANGE SOME ROLLERS AND RETURN ROLLERS.
3. check belt status ( if damaged than inform and change) and also check tightness, speed.IT IS OK. NEW BELT B63.
4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement.WE FILL SOME GRESE AND GEAR BOX OIL.
5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.IT IS OK.
6. check the drum condition.IT IS OK.
7. check mounting frame welding condition.IT IS OK. WE WELDING SOME BREAK JOINTS.
