NAME OF INJURED: Joseph Simfukwe OCCUPATION: A Tapper DATE OF ACCIDENT: 07/12/2023 PLACE OF ACCIDENT: Induction Furnace DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT: The above named person Mr Joseph Simfukwe as he was working in induction furnace he hit his head on a sharp object since because he wasn't wearing he's helmet first aid was given to him and due to that he was given a warning later by the safety officer for not putting on the full PPE personal protective equipment.
