| Details | ALL CONVEYORS BC 1, BC 2, BC 3, BC 4, BC 5, BC 6, BC 7 1. greasing of bearings. It is done. 2. lubrication of rollers and check conditions. BC 2 ITS ROLLER CONDITION IS NOT OK. WE FIX IT. NOW it's OK. 3. check belt status ( if damaged than inform and change) and also check tightness, speed.BC 2 AND BC 6 BELT CONDITION IS NOT OK. WE REPAIR BELT. NOW IT IS OK. 4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement. IT IS OK. 5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing. IT IS OK. 6. check the drum condition. IT IS OK. 7. check mounting frame welding condition. IT IS OK. |
