DetailsTILTING HOPPER
1. greasing all bushes. It is done.
2.hydraulic pump and motor coupling. Checking but coupling condition is not good we in from it to HOD.
3. checking the hydraulic oil level and if not then fill. IT IS OK.
4. check hopper welding sections.IT IS OK.

CONVEYOR NO 1
1. greasing of bearings. IT IS DONE.
2. lubrication of rollers and check conditions. SOME ROLLER CONDITION IS NOT GOOD WE INFORM IT TO HOD.
3. check belt status ( if damaged than inform and change) and also check tightness, speed.IT IS OK.
4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement.IT IS OK.
5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.IT IS OK.
6. check the drum condition.IT IS OK.
7. check mounting frame welding condition.IT IS OK.


CRUSHER
WE OUT CRUSHER BECAUSE SMALL MATERIAL IS COMING FOR WASHING.

VIBRATOR
1. check the spring condition.IT IS GOOD.
2. check V belts condition.ONE V BELT IS NOT GOOD SO WE FIT ONE OTHER.
3. check vibrations if not good then adjust.IT IS OK.FOR MORE VIBRATION WE increase weight.
4. check the frame welding condition. small frame is damage from spring side so we weld it.

ROLLER
1. check roller speed.it is ok.
2.greasing of bearings.it is done.
3.gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement.it is checked.
4. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.it is ok.
5. check the drum condition.it is ok
6. check the mounting frame welding condition.it is ok.

DISCHARGE CONVEYOR
1. greasing of bearings.it is done.one bearing is damaged so we replace it.
2. lubrication of rollers and check conditions.some roller condition is not good we inform it to Hod.
3. check belt status ( if damaged than inform and change) and also check tightness, speed.it is ok.
4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement.it is ok.
5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.it is ok.
6. check the drum condition.it is ok.
7. check mounting frame welding condition.it is ok.we weld one plate on discharge side.
