| Details | NAME OF INJURED: Warren mapule OCCUPATION: PLC Operator DATE OF ACCIDENT: 27/07/2023 PLACE OF ACCIDENT: R M H S ( third floor) DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT: As the Mr Warren mapule and the colleagues were pushing a delfher which was at fault, the crew who were putting material in chitties, the operator did not give a warning for them to move out, eventually after he opened his left little finger was hit and got injured. The skin inside the finger was peeled off leaving it open, first Aid was given and later rushed to chitambo mission hospital. |
