TILTING HOPPER
1. greasing all bushes. it is ok.
2.hydraulic pump and motor coupling checked. motor coupling condition is not gooed we inform this to HOD.
3. checking the hydraulic oil level it is ok.
4. check hopper welding sections it is ok.

CONVEYOR NO 1
1. greasing of bearings.
2. lubrication of rollers. some roller condition is not ok we inform it to HOD.
3. check belt status its small part is damaged. we inform.
4. gearbox oil level checked it is ok.
5. check coupling and key it is ok.
6. check the drum condition it is ok.
7. check mounting frame welding condition it is ok.

CRUSHER
we out crusher from its position because of very small material is coming for washing.

VIBRATOR
1. the spring condition is checked it is ok.
2.V belts condition checked it is ok.
3. vibrations are good.
4.frame welding condition is ok.

ROLLER
1. roller speed is ok.
2.greasing of bearings is done.
3.gearbox oil level checked.it is ok.
4. coupling and key checked it is ok and greasing done.
5. checked the drum condition.
6. checked the mounting frame welding condition.
7. we changed wire mesh.

DISCHARGE CONVEYOR
1. greasing of bearings.
2. lubrication of rollers. some roller's condition is not good.
3. check belt status its small part is damaged we inform.
4. gearbox oil level checked it is ok.
5. check coupling and key it is ok.
6. check the drum condition it is ok.
7. check mounting frame welding condition it is ok.
