1. checked coupling, shaft, and pedestal bearing.it is ok. and greasing is done.
2. checked the gearbox oil level, small grease filling is done.
3. checked all fasteners and mounting bolts.
4. checked frame welding conditions. it is ok.
5. one wheel making noise. we inform this problem.

1.grasing of the bearing is done.

HT.
1. checked rope drum, hook, rope condition. it is ok.

shipping yard E.O.T. crane no 2 ( new crane)
its L.T. travel chain sprocket is damaged due to heavy friction.

TELPHER FOR F1, F2
1. checked the bearing, rollers condition.it is ok. lubrication is done.
2. checked frames welding condition.it Is ok.
3. checked cotter pin and its failure condition.it is ok.

POLLUTION ID FANS FOR F1, F2
1. open cover and clean dust now it is ok. we daily clean before starting it.
2. check v belts condition and inform if its on critical stage.
3. check foundation bolts and nuts of Plummer blocks.it is tighten. now it is ok.
4. The greasing of Plummer blocks is done.
5. checked stack condition.it is ok.
