TILTING HOPPER
1. greasing all bushes.
2.hydraulic pump and motor coupling.
3. checking the hydraulic oil level it is ok.
4. check hopper welding sections it is ok.

CONVEYOR NO 1
1. greasing of bearings.
2. lubrication of rollers and change damage rollers.
3. check belt status its small part is damaged we inform.
4. gearbox oil level checked it is ok.
5. check coupling and key it is ok.
6. check the drum condition it is ok.
7. check mounting frame welding condition it is ok.
8. check rollers condition and if not good then change.

CRUSHER
1. the crusher foundation checked it is ok.
2. V belts condition is ok.
3. greasing is done.
4.spring rod condition and gap between plates are ok.

VIBRATOR
1. the spring condition is checked it is ok.
2.V belts condition checked it is ok.
3. vibrations are good.
4.frame welding condition is ok.

ROLLER
1. roller speed is ok.
2.greasing of bearings.
3.gearbox oil level checked.
4. coupling and key checked it is ok and greasing done.
5. checked the drum condition.
6. checked the mounting frame welding condition.
7. wire mash condition is not good.
DISCHARGE CONVEYOR
1. greasing of bearings.
2. lubrication of rollers and change damage rollers.
3. check belt status its small part is damaged we inform.
4. gearbox oil level checked it is ok.
5. check coupling and key it is ok.
6. check the drum condition it is ok.
7. check mounting frame welding condition it is ok.
8. check rollers condition and if not good then change.
