| Details | NAME OF INJURED: BEANOTY CHALWE OCCUPATION : BREAKING MAGANESE DATE OF ACCIDENT: 11-01-2022 PLACE OF ACCIDENT: NEAR BATCHING AREA description of accident; the above mentioned employee was involved in an accident as stated above it happen when he was breaking manganese it’s when a small pieces of manganese hits his right hand. He sustained a cut on the third finger of the right hand. This was very unfortunate because the accident happened immediately after removing his hand gloves. After his accident we managed to sustain his injury by applying first aid to his would.as in charge of safety I managed to talk to him and explained the importance of using personal protective equipment P.P.E as to preserve his life from harm and to avoid unnecessary accidents which will bring loss to both the company and the worker.
