Day 1 (2/02/2022)
1. All hose pipes are removed and protection shield of all electrode removed.
Platform for staying inside the furnace is done.


DAY2 (3/02/2022)
1. ALL CLAMPS are out and mentle lower cutting start.metle removing is in progress

2. Intermediate insulation is removed and drilling start.

DAY 3 (4/02/2022)
1.All electrode Mentle lower removed and cutting of ss bush with new fitting is start.
2. Insulation cheking of Z-Beam ,charging chute with hood hangers checked and damaged one replacing work start.

DAY 4 (5/02/2022)
1. Mentle side Bush fitting work is in progress and flange fitting also is in progress.

DAY 5 (6/02/2022)
1. Mentle side Bush fitting work is in progress and flange fitting also is in progress.
2. Hood hose pipe replacing with Ms pipe work is in progress.
3. Charging chutes and z beam insulation changing work is In progress.
Lower mentle erection is in progress.

DAY 6( 7/03/2022)
1. ALL insulation at hydraulic tool side checking and changing work Is In progress.
2. Hood Z beam and charging chutes insulation checking and repairing work is done.
3. Mentle for electrode 1, 2 and 3 erection is done. Welding is In progress.
4. Welding for menlte lower is in progress.
5 insulation for clamps bus bar and upper mentle Fitting is done.
5. Loop line for Menlte fitting is in progress.

6. Hood section pipe line work finished.
7. All contect clamps erection is done with insulation.
8.pressure ring erction is in progress.
9. Charging chute pipe line repairing work is in progress.
10. 2 nos pressure ring repairing work is In progress.

Day 7( 8/03/2022)

1. Mentle for electrode 1, 2 and 3 erection is done. Welding is done.
2. Loop line for Menlte fitting is done.
3. pressure ring erction for electrode 1 and 3 is done. Electrode 2 remaining.
It's hangers and pipe line work is in progress.
4.Charging chute pipe line repairing work is in progress.
5. Hood section welding is done.its water testing is in progress.

Day 8 (09/03/2022)
1.pressure ring for electrode 1 2 and3 side insulation fitting and clamp insulation at mentle lower side fitting is done.
Also we fit s bends .
2. pressure ring erction for electrode 1,2 and 3 side erection is done. 1 and 3rd electrode pupe line fitting work with hangers is done. Welding is remaining.
It's hangers and pipe line work is in progress.
4.Charging chute pipe line repairing work is in progress.

Day 9 (10/03/2022)
1.Pressure ring 1, 2 and 3 pipe line work with hangers is done. Welding remaining.
2. Protection shield for electrode 1 erction is done with insulation.
3. Hydraulic side all insulation work is done.
Day 10 (11/03/2022)
1. Electrode number 1, 2 and 3 Protection shield erection is done. Welding is remaining.
2. Seal box for all electrode is start.
3. All Pressure ring pipe line Welding work is done.
All Pressure ring side Pressure
Bolt and nut fitting is done.
Day 12
Seal fitting is done.
All Pressure ring and resume bolt with water testing is done.
Furnace is start now
