| Details | NAME OF INJURED : FRANCIS PULANTILA OCCUPATION : MECHANICAL PLACE OF ACCIDENT: STORES GAS CYLINDER SIDE DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT: Mr. Francis Pulantila was stacking gas cylinders at the stores gas cylinder storage area, in the process one cylinder rolled and hit into a stationary cylinder and when he tried to move the cylinder which rolled his hand got trapped in between the two gas cylinders. He sustained a cut on the right small finger. After his accident we managed to sustain his injury by applying first aid to his would. |
