Details	NAME OF INJURED: MUKIYA NJOVU OCCUPATION : CONSTRUCTION PLACE OF ACCIDENT: NEW STORES CONSTRUCTION DESCRIPTION. The above mentioned employee was involved in an accident as stated above it happen when he and his follower were working. He was removing the scar ford from where it was to another place that’s when Mr Mukiya njovu slipped and fall when the board on top of the scar ford felt on his head he sustained a small cut on his head and also the same board hit his right shoulder he sustained some internal pains. This was very unfortunate because the accident happened immediately after removing his helmet .the impact of the accident injury would have been lessened if he did not remove his helmet during his accident. After his accident we managed to sustain his injury by applying first aid to his would and later taken to chitambo hospital for further medical treatment.
