| Details | NAME OF INJURED: CAPHUS NGOSA OCCUPATION : TAPPING PLACE OF ACCIDENT: NEAR TAPPING AREA F2 DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT: On the early hours of 05-05-2021 at around 08:05 hrs. Mr CAPHUS NGOSA of (TAPPING) department was working during tapping time. Then he accidentally STEPPED and slipped on the hot Sand they used during 05:00 tapping .which they put when they are tapping that’s way the hot slag goes to when they are tapping and he landed on his left hand and he sustained blisters on the left hand. We then applied first aid on his left hand to lessen the pain and we than rushed him to kanona clinic for more medical treatment. SAFETY OFFICER DATE: 05/05/2020 |
