| Details | NAME OF INJURED: FRIDAY SONTO OCCUPATION : PLUMBER PLACE OF ACCIDENT: NEAR THE MECHANICAL WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT: The above mentioned employee was involved in an accident as started above it happen when he was cutting a line in the wall for the pipe to be put in side the line that’s when the accident happened when the angle grinder slipped on his left hand. He sustained a cut on the lower left hand. This was very unfortunate because the accident happened immediately after removing his hand gloves. The impact of the accident injury would have been lessened had he not removed his hand gloves during his accident.
