VERY DEEP CUT ON HIS LEFT SHOULDER AND BROKEN LEFT LIMBS
DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT: On a Tuesday morning at around 09:00 hrs. On the last floor at RMHS .Mr boase chabwela went to check if there was any place he could come and paint after he was done with the place he was given by his supervisor, he was wearing a safety belt unfortunately his safety hook got stack on a moving conveyor belt rollers causing Mr boase to swing around until the safety belt was cut off resulting in his downfall from the top of the conveyor beit.when people saw that Mr boase had fallen they rushed to the incident and it was discover that Mr boase sustained a deep cut on his left shoulder resulting in excess bleeding and it was also found that Mr boase sustained internal injuries  on his left lib side .we managed to sustain the excess bleeding coming out from the left shoulder while he was been rushed to chitambo mission hospital however due to the broken limbs from the fall and the internal injuries which caused internal bleeding and stopped the floor of blood going to the heart Mr boase chabwela died after reaching the door step of the hospital.
