| Details | ALL CONVEYORS BC 1, BC 2, BC 3, BC 4, BC 5, BC 6, BC 7 1. greasing of bearings. 2. lubrication of rollers and check conditions. 3. check belt status ( if damaged than inform and change) and also check tightness, speed. 4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement. 5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing. 6. check the drum condition. 7. check mounting frame welding condition. 8. check rollers condition and if not good then change. bc 1 coupling is damaged. we will change it tomorrow. bc 6 and bc 7 conveyor belt is damaged. We will change it on Wednesday. |
