| Details | Day 1 All contact clamps of electrode 1,2 and 3 with pressure ring bolts nuts and springs out. Electrode 3 damaged protection shield cutting and out. It's C2 clamp bus bar cutting and out. Electrode 1, 2 and 3 side all new contect clamps fitting is done.we changing all tie rods side insulation and some tie rods. Pressure ring side all spring changed. Day 2 Some remaining contact clamps for electrode 3 fitting is done. All pressure ring bolts tighting and breazing is done. Electrode 3 side clamp C2 mantle lower leakage repaired.after that there side insulation also fitting is done. Upper mantle side 4 nos insulation fitting is done. Than. Bus bar line fitting with brazing. Protection shield fitting is done with matching and full welding. Electrode 2 side protection shield welding is done. Water manifold side 10 nos new valve fitting is done. All 3 electrode upper mantle seal rope changed. Seal box of electrode 3 side new rope fitting is done.its water hose pipe also changed. Furnace all Charing chutes direction giving and welding is done. |
