| Details | It's mentle lower side water is leakaged. After checking we find that it's inside hole is created by arc. So we fitting mseal there. After that we see it's clamp no. C2 tie rod is damage. We open it and fitting new one with help of chain block. Than we start the furnace. After 5 min. There is too much sparking is coming from furnace we see that C3 clamp tie rod is damaged. We change it using chain block. Than we fill carbon paste in all clamps and start the furnace. |
