| Details | TILTING HOPPER 1. greasing all bushes.greasing is done. 2.hydraulic pump and motor coupling.it is ok. 3. checking the hydraulic oil level and if not then fill.it is ok. 4. check hopper welding sections.it is ok. CONVEYOR NO 1 1. greasing of bearings. greasing is done. 2. lubrication of rollers and check conditions.it is ok. 3. check belt status ( if damaged than inform and change) and also check tightness, speed.it is ok. 4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement.it is ok. we fill some grease. 5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.it is ok. 6. check the drum condition.it is ok. 7. check mounting frame welding condition. we weld limit switches supporting frames. 8. check rollers condition and if not good then change. CRUSHER break down. 1. check the crusher foundation. 2. check V belts condition. 3. do greasing. 4. check spring rod condition and gap between plates. VIBRATOR its shaft is broken. 1. check the spring condition. 2. check V belts condition. 3. check vibrations if not good then adjust. 4. check the frame welding condition. ROLLER 1. check roller speed. it is ok. 2.greasing of bearings. greasing is done. 3.gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement. it is ok. we fill some grease. 4. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing. it is ok. 5. check the drum condition.it is ok. 6. check the mounting frame welding condition. DISCHARGE CONVEYOR 1. greasing of bearings.greasing is done. 2. lubrication of rollers and check conditions. it is ok. 3. check belt status ( if damaged than inform and change) and also check tightness, speed.it is ok. 4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement. we fill grease. 5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing. it is ok. 6. check the drum condition. 7. check mounting frame welding condition. 8. check rollers condition and if not good then change. |
