| Details | ALL CONVEYORS BC 1, BC 2, BC 3, BC 4, BC 5, BC 6, BC 7 1. greasing of bearings. Grease is already there. Tomorrow we will greasing again. 2. lubrication of rollers and check conditions. 3. check belt status ( if damaged than inform and change) and also check tightness, speed. BC 2 BELT CHANGED. 4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement. 5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing. 6. check the drum condition. 7. check mounting frame welding condition. 8. check rollers condition and if not good then change. SOME ROLLERS AND ALL RETURN ROLLERS CHANGE FOR BC2 |
