| Details | ALL CONVEYORS BC 1, BC 2, BC 3, BC 4, BC 5, BC 6, BC 7 1. greasing of bearings. grease is already there. 2. lubrication of rollers and check conditions.its ok. 3. check belt status ( if damaged than inform and change) and also check tightness, speed.BC 6 belt and BC 2 belt condition is not ok. we need to change it. 4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement.its ok. 5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing. BC 2 coupling changed. 6. check the drum condition. its ok. 7. check mounting frame welding condition. 8. check rollers condition and if not good then change. |
