| Details | CHIPPING YARD E.O.T. CRANE 1 LT. 1. check coupling, shaft, and pedestal bearing condition and do the greasing.checked and greasing is done. 2. check the gearbox oil level, leakage, and fill if required. we found leakage so we fill some amount of grease. 3. check all fasteners and mounting bolts. it is ok. 4. check frame welding conditions. it is not ok. its shaft condition is not good. we need to change it. 5. check end traveling gears condition and do the greasing. it is ok. CT. gears are ok. it is good in condition. HT. ITS PULLY CHANGED. 1. check rope drum, hook, rope condition. greasing of rope. rope greasing is done. it is in good condition. 2. check the thruster drum condition and its brake tightness.no thruster. 3. check all fasteners and mounting bolts. it is ok. 4. check frame welding conditions.it is ok. |
