| Details | ALL CONVEYORS BC 1, BC 2, BC 3, BC 4, BC 5, BC 6, BC 7 1. greasing of bearings.grease already there. 2. lubrication of rollers and check conditions. 3. check belt status ( if damaged than inform and change) and also check tightness, speed.belt is ok. 4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement. 5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.BC 5 key is damaged. We repairing it tomorrow. 6. check the drum condition.BC 7 belt drum changed. 7. check mounting frame welding condition. 8. check rollers condition and if not good then change. |
