(Day 1)

1.all electrodes clean by air.
2. Electrode 1
seal box opens and seals rope out. also, its electrode cooling seal opens and rope out.

3.Electrode 2
seal box opens and seals rope out. also, its electrode cooling seal open and rope out.

4. Electrode 3
seal box opens and seals rope out. also, its electrode cooling seal opens and rope out.

5. we also open the electrode cooling seal rope.
pollution clean. ( id fan clean.)
6. 3rd-floor chimney duct clean.
7. 2nd-floor duct cleaning work is in progress.

(DAY 3 )
1. electrode 1,2,3, all protection shield is out.
2. BC 7 BELT back drum change.
3. electrode side cleaning is done.
(Day 4)
1.furance insulation checked.
2. all electrode cooling seal open and fit seal rope.
3. no. 2 electrode pressure ring open and out.
4. 2 nd floor protection shield insulation changed.
5. tap hole side plate welding is done.
(Day 5)
1. we start to fit the protection shield with insulations.
(DAY 6)
1. electrode 3 and 2 side protection shield fitting is done.
(Day 7)
electrode 1 side protection shield fitting is done.
electrode 2 side pressure ring fitting work start.
(DAY 8)
electrode 2 side pressure ring fitting work CONTINUE.
ALL ELECTRODE SIDE SEAL BOX FITTING WORK STRT.
(Day 9)
all electrode side seal box fitting is done. we start now fitting of hose pipes and seal rops.
the pressure ring fitting is done.
we change 1 contract clamp no. A1 and 10 nos. tie rods.
(DAY 10)
electrode 3 side one slipping cylinder changed.
electrode 1 side 3 nos. hydraulic pipes changed.
electrode 2 sides 2 nos hydraulic pipes changed.
electrode 3 sides 2 nos hydraulic pipes changed.
all electrode hydraulic cylinders bolts tight.
3 nos. water hose pipe changed. with 2 nos. transformer top side.
one seal cooling blower new fitting with a new pipeline.
water manifold side 4 nos valve changed with a dummy.
ALL CHANGING CHUTES PIPELINE WELDING WITH TWO PIPELINES DIRECTION CHANGED.
