| Details | ALL CONVEYORS BC 1, BC 2, BC 3, BC 4, BC 5, BC 6, BC 7 1. greasing of bearings.greasing is done. 2. lubrication of rollers and check conditions.its ok. 3. check belt status ( if damaged than inform and change) and also check tightness, speed. BC 6 and BC 7 are not in good condition we fitting fasteners and we fit separators for removing big stones from the drum. 4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement.it's ok. 5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.it's ok. BC 2 side coupling is not in good condition. we change it this week. 6. check the drum condition. it's ok. 7. check mounting frame welding condition.it's ok. 8. check rollers condition and if not good then change. we changer BC 6 side one return roller fall down we repaired it. |
