| Details | ALL CONVEYORS BC 1, BC 2, BC 3, BC 4, BC 5, BC 6, BC 7 1. greasing of bearings.greasing is done. 2. lubrication of rollers and check conditions.its ok. 3. check belt status ( if damaged than inform and change) and also check tightness, speed. we repaired BC 1 repaired, BC 6 is not in good condition we fitting fasteners. 4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement.it's ok. 5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.it's ok. BC 2 side coupling is not in good condition. 6. check the drum condition. it's ok. 7. check mounting frame welding condition.it's ok. 8. check rollers condition and if not good then change. we changer BC 1 5 NOS ROLLERS AND 2 NOS RETURN ROLLER. BC 4 SIDE ONE ROLLER FITTING AT COUNTERWEIGHT SIDE. |
