DetailsTILTING HOPPER
1. greasing all bushes.greasing is done.
2.hydraulic pump and motor coupling. It's ok.
3. checking the hydraulic oil level and if not then fill. it's ok. The oil level is good.
4. check hopper welding sections. we found one crack at the hydraulic side. we weld it. now its ok.

CONVEYOR NO 1
1. greasing of bearings. Greasing is done.
2. lubrication of rollers and check conditions. Check and greasing is done.
3. check belt status ( if damaged than inform and change) and also check tightness, speed.its not ok. We mount some conveyor pieces and fasteners.
4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement.it's ok. Grease filling is done.
5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing. it's ok.
6. check the drum condition. It's ok.
7. check mounting frame welding condition. it's ok.
8. check rollers condition and if not good then change.


CRUSHER
1. check the crusher foundation.it's ok.
2. check V belts condition.it's ok. good in condition.
3. do greasing. greasing in the bearing is done.
4. check spring rod condition and the gap between plates.it's ok. CRUSHER PLATE WELDING IS DONE. CRUSHER SIDE BOX WELDING IS DONE.
5. WE OPEN ITS MOTOR FOUNDATION AND CHANGE BECAUSE OF IT WILL BE DAMAGED AFTER SOME TIME.


VIBRATOR
1. check the spring condition. It's ok.
2. check V belts condition. it's ok.
3. check vibrations if not good then adjust. it's ok.
4. check the frame welding condition. it's ok. FRAME SIDE ONE I BEAM COLUMN IS DAMAGED. WE REPAIRED IT. AND CHANGE ONE SPRING.
5. Greasing of bearing is done.

ROLLER
1. check roller speed.it's ok.
2.greasing of bearings.greasing of bearing is done.
3.gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement.it's ok.
4. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing. it's ok.
5. check the drum condition. it's ok.
6. check the mounting frame welding condition. it's ok.
7. mesh is in good condition.

DISCHARGE CONVEYOR
1. greasing of bearings.greasing is done.
2. lubrication of rollers and check conditions.its ok. Greasing is done.
3. check belt status ( if damaged than inform and change) and also check tightness, speed. its ok.we repairs conveyor.
4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement. its ok.filling grease is done.
5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing. it's ok. Greasing is done.
6. check the drum condition.
7. check mounting frame welding condition. it's ok.
8. check rollers condition and if not good then change.
