| Details | 1. checking loose parts and check the hydraulic oil level in the tank.level is ok. hoisting oil level is showing low. we open it and check and find that cylinders are open so oil level indicator showing low. 2. check solenoid valve working conditions and adjust oil pressure.its ok. 3. check hydraulic line leakage. small leakage in one cylinder. we tight it on next shutdown. |
