DetailsWhen we check it. I have a doubt that its H.T. motor side noise coming. when I was run it and hearing the noise it's like that rotor is touching the stator winding. then we open the motor and check it that its shaft is bend due to uneven forces that are transferred by shock waves. its shaft is ready. we assemble motor and fit it on crane its working well.

TAPPING SECTION E.O.T. CRANE 2

LT.
1. check coupling, shaft, and pedestal bearing condition and do the greasing. check bearing condition it is ok. And greasing is done.
2. check the gearbox oil level, leakage, and fill if required. No leakage we fill some grease.
3. check all fasteners and mounting bolts.it is ok.
4. check frame welding conditions. It is ok.
5. check end traveling gears condition and do the greasing. It is ok.greasing is done.

CT.
