| Details | POLLUTION ID FANS (Furnace 1) 1. open cover and clean dust. 2. check the balancing of impeller and vibration isolation.balancing is ok. 3. check v belts condition and inform if it's on critical stage.its ok. 4. check foundation bolts and nuts of Plummer blocks. we mount 10 nos. M 12 bolts and open Plummer block for tightening inner ring than tight foundation. 5. greasing the Plummer blocks. greasing is done. 6. check the duct condition and remove dust from the duct. 7. check stack condition and check its temperature. |
