| Details | ALL CONVEYORS BC 1, BC 2, BC 3, BC 4, BC 5, BC 6, BC 7 1. greasing of bearings.greasing is done. 2. lubrication of rollers and check conditions.its ok. 3. check belt status ( if damaged than inform and change) and also check tightness, speed. we will change BC 1 and BC 6 when its coming.WE REPAIR BC 2 AND BC 6. 4. gearbox oil level check and if not then fill as per requirement.its ok. 5. check coupling and key ( if damaged than inform and change) and do the greasing.it's ok. we will change BC 1 motor coupling when we change belt. 6. check the drum condition. its ok. 7. check mounting frame welding condition.its ok. 8. check rollers condition and if not good then change. |
